Signed into Linux and installed an update recently and got an info window about dropping flashplayer support? I have tried the U14.04 info pages and found no mention of this. Any concrete info would be a help, since I currently play a flash game. flash crashes less often in linux than win 7 🙂

The only related thing I could find is that newer versions of Chromium will be incompatible with the official Adobe Flash player (Chrome is bundled with customized Adobe Flash player). To get Flash support in newer versions of Chromium, install the pepperflashplugin-nonfree
