That video didn’t work for me but this one did:

As far as competition goes they should have targeted BMW instead of Mercedes, BMW accounting for 9/10 of the high-end German cars that I see on the road.

Christian…you are a smart guy, please try to figure out for us how we can embed YouTube or other videos here so that the full player shows…. I enjoyed that commercial the other day when I first saw it…

Flattery will get you everywhere 🙂

Seriously though I already looked at it and came to the same conclusions as moody, i.e. that it doesn’t work. It looks like it used to work with older versions of WordPress. There’s probably something with this version that can be tweaked to make it work but my avatar request has priority 🙂 I would just use links for now. I’ll try turning my post above into an embedded video later so I can do some testing. I’ve got a busy weekend ahead (brother-in-law is graduating from Niagara University) and it’s time for me to get on the road. Talk to you later.

Wordpress used to let you specify the dimensions of embedded videos, both in the admin “Media Settings” screen and on a per-post basis via something called shortcodes. In an effort to simplify things, this functionality has been removed in the latest version:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Version_3.5#Settings

The embed dimensions are now completely specified by the theme. The filter code at the bottom of this page would probably work:
    http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7613917/youtube-dimensions-wordpress

It doesn’t say on that page but the code needs to be added to the end of the functions.php file in the theme directory.
