I would suggest that you download whatever tools you’re going to use from the creator of the tool’s own website, rather than any popular “download site”, particularly Cnet, download.com & related. The reason is that Cnet has started bundling adware/malware such as toolbars and such with their downloads.

With some hunting, you can find the direct download site operated by whoever made whatever it you’re trying to grab.

In this case, http://support.kaspersky.com/5350?el=88446#block1, with the download itself being: http://media.kaspersky.com/utilities/VirusUtilities/EN/tdsskiller.exe

CNET is definitely not to be trusted. I can’t speak for the other sites, but it’s just best practice to get from the horse’s mouth in any case.
