How do I migrate my Firefox saved passwords from one Windows PC to another?

You need the two files signons.sqlite and key3.db to transfer or backup the passwords. The key3.db file stores the encryption key and the correct version of this file is required to be able to decrypt the passwords.

Also, there is a great program that I have been using lately called Hekasoft Backup.

Get it from the link on this page.It works very well on many browsers. I also have used it for backing up my complete Thunderbird e mail profile.
